There will be an Association Meeting on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at 12:00 noon, at the Holiday Inn Airport in Little Rock. The meeting will be a lunch meeting and the lunch is courtesy of Cromwell Architects Engineers and Tandus Floor Coverings. The noon meeting will include Michelle Crandell, Community Counseling of Hot Springs, will speak on Healthy Aging, Mike Mitchell will have information on the November elections, and we will have information on current issues. The meeting is scheduled to adjourn at 2:00 p.m.
There will be a seminar on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m., seminar at 10:00 a.m., and scheduled to end at 12:00 noon, at the Holiday Inn Airport, Bankhead Drive, in Little Rock. The topic, Physical Plant Management will include Christi Hood, of Tandus, who will present information on floor coverings for Assisted Living. Then Rob Seay, with Cromwell, will speak on Building Evaluation Reports and how to maintain a successful facility well into the future. Included in the day’s program will be an Association Meeting. Certified Administrators will receive four hours CEUs for attending both meetings.
