Mindy Brigance – Executive Director, ARALA

With nearly a decade of experience in senior healthcare leadership, Mindy brings a deep passion for advocacy, education, and community connection to her role as Executive Director of the Arkansas Residential Assisted Living Association (ARALA). Her background in assisted living operations and marketing gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing providers today.
As Executive Director, she leads ARALA’s efforts to support and empower assisted living communities across Arkansas through training, advocacy, and strategic outreach. She is focused on expanding member engagement, building strong community partnerships, and promoting excellence in senior care.
In addition to her professional work, Mindy is passionate about family, faith, and fostering meaningful partnerships that improve the lives of Arkansas seniors.
